Two different jobs get called gutter cleaning. One is clearing the inside so water goes where it should. The other is removing the black vertical streaking on the outside face — “tiger stripes” — which is oxidised residue bonded to the aluminium and does not come off with a rinse. Most companies do the first and tell you the second is permanent. It isn’t.
